JYOTSNA MEHRA

Jyotsna specialises in research, strategic communications and policy advocacy, with a focus on India's foreign affairs.
She has held consulting positions with India's Ministry of External Affairs and Australia's Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, working on Indian foreign policy.
Ms. Mehra read Modern South Asian Studies at the University of Oxford, focusing on international relations of the region. She also acquired a bachelor's degree in Politics and International Relations from the University Manchester.
She has been associated with several renowned think tanks in the UK, US, and India. She was the 2021 South Asian Voices Visiting Fellow with the Washington DC-based think tank, Stimson Center. In 2019, she was inducted into the Pacific Forum Young Leaders program.
Her interests include major power relations and Indo-Pacific affairs.
